24g (KTM) vs 30g (701) which confirms my suspicions so its probably ever so slightly stronger then the E-XC one. It does seem though that the throttle-by-wire gas bikes are using the same basic grip as the electric bike. The means the G2 aluminum tube upgrade for the 690/701 would very likely work on the E-XC too.
