Enable the Hide DS4 controller option. Drag the corner of the windows and expand it -> you will see Controller/Driver Setup in blue -> click on it. A UAC pop-up will appear asking for permission -> click Yes. Another pop-up will appear showing you a picture of a controller -> minimize it (do not close it). Go to Manage Bluetooth Device screen
Bluetooth & Other devices window should open. Click + icon (Add Bluetooth or other device). In the add a device window, choose Bluetooth. Hold down PS button and Share button to enter pairing mode. Choose Wireless Controller (Input). PC and and controller should now be paired. Lightbar on PS4 controller should be a light blue.

Hey, I got a little issue with my PS4 controller. The first time I connect it to my laptop using bluetooth, everything went fine, it paired nicely and works well on Steam. However, after I reboot my laptop, I can't figure out a way to connect it again without removing the device and pair it again.
