Irecently bought a 2009 Focus hatchback, originally from UK, from a dealer who informed me it had bluetooth. I saw the voice button on stalk & was reassured as 1 Getting Started - Prepare for the repair. 2. Pair Device - How to pair your phone via Bluetooth. Enableyour phone’s Bluetooth® feature and make your phone discoverable. SYNC lists the phone that has been paired. To pair another, touch Add a phone . Search for devices on your mobile phone until your phone finds SYNC. Then, select SYNC. Both SYNC and your phone will display a six-digit number, or pass-key.
Thanksfor the above advice guys, really appreciated. I've got a horrible feeling it could be the Nokia bluetooth device as when I disconnect the bluetooth module and then reconnect it works for about 2 days, then goes to audio muted again.. I will try resetting it by leaving the bluetooth module disconnected for 20 minutes. I dare take the
Deleteall Bluetooth devices. Turned off Bluetooth on my phone & turned it back on. Paired the phone with Sync. Set as Primary. Download phonebook (probably had no impact) Set the Sync media source to Bluetooth media. and now it works again. Click to expand Yup, I have done this 3 times now. jBk16tQ.
